Masai Mara National Reserve is situated in southwest Kenya and is one of Africa’s greatest wildlife reserves. Together with the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania, it forms one of Africa’s most diverse, incredible, and spectacular ecosystems and possibly the world’s top safari big game viewing ecosystem.

Day 1 Nairobi- Maasai Mara

We depart early from your Nairobi hotel. En route to the world-famous Masai Mara National Reserve, we drive through the scenic Rift Valley, with scheduled rest stops along the way. We anticipate arriving in time for lunch at the Miti Mingi Eco Camp.

We will then depart at 3:00pm for our first exciting afternoon game drive in what is considered Africa’s greatest wildlife reserve. The reserve is full of surprises and you never know what kind of wildlife action we might encounter. Dinner and overnight at the camp.

Day 2 Maasai Mara Game Drive

Breakfast is followed by a full-day game drive within the Mara wilderness. The reserve is 1,510km² (580mi²) in size. It is home to all five of the Big Five and the cultural Maasai people of Kenya. It is the wilderness with the highest concentration of wildlife and also the highest population of the cat family. Our drive takes us through the spotted landscape of the South Rift all the way to the Mara River. We will also have a picnic lunch and an optional nature walk along the river.
After a successful game drive within the reserve, we will head back to camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 3 Maasai Mara NR – Nairobi

After breakfast, we will check out and head to Nairobi, concluding our exciting adventure with a drop-off at your residence or the airport.
