Day 1: Nairobi – Masai Mara National Reserve
Your safari begins with an early morning departure from Nairobi, driving through the scenic Great Rift Valley with brief stops for photos. Arrive in the Masai Mara in time for lunch at your lodge or tented camp, followed by some relaxation. In the afternoon, set out on your first game drive across the sweeping savannahs. This is when the magic starts—spot lions resting under acacia trees, elephants moving in family herds, giraffes browsing, and countless plains game. As the sun sets over the Mara, return to your lodge for dinner and overnight, listening to the sounds of the wild.

Day 2: Full-Day Game Drive in Masai Mara
After an early breakfast, head out for a full-day game drive with a packed lunch, allowing you to explore deeper into the reserve. This day is dedicated to maximizing wildlife sightings, including lions, cheetahs, leopards, buffaloes, elephants, and, seasonally, the dramatic wildebeest migration. Your guide will track animal movements and take you to prime viewing spots along the Mara River and open plains. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the wild before continuing with afternoon game viewing. Return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Masai Mara – Leisure & Optional Experiences
Begin the day with an early hot air balloon safari, one of the best times to see predators in action as they hunt or return from the night’s activity. After breakfast, enjoy leisure time at the lodge—relax by the pool, enjoy the views, or unwind after an exciting safari. Optional experiences, such as a Maasai village cultural visit (at an extra cost) can be arranged to enrich your Mara experience. Later in the afternoon, enjoy another game drive before returning to the lodge for your final night in the Mara.
